How can the government ensure equal distribution of vaccines?

The Tripura High Court has asked the State government to address the disproportionate distribution of vaccines, and ensure that vaccine doses available for an age group are not monopolized by any region or class of citizens, especially when there is a severe shortage of vaccines.
