Civic Studios is a Mumbai based organisation that was incubated at the MIT Media labs, USA. Their aim is to build bridges between citizens, government and public institutions, and in turn help strengthen the democracies we live in through research and media production. Their work comprises digital comedy, studio productions and a research hub.

Sheroes

SHEROES is a women-only social platform, a safe, trusted, high-empathy and constructive space, powered by communities, a chat-based helpline, resources, opportunities and conversations. The platform is accessible via Sheroes.com and the SHEROES app. The SHEROES network is also home to Babygogo and Naaree platforms.

Nyaaya holds a champion’s profile on the SHEROES platform to spread awareness on legal rights of women.

E-Bhasha Setu

eBhasha is the first company to provide comprehensive CAT Platform for Indian languages covering most of the mechanical and repetitive tasks. To facilitate the cognitive task of comprehension, Platform has a provision to get MT outputs from multiple MT systems available in the market. With its AI powered language processing platform, eBhasha aims to scale the productivity of translators by more than two to three times, specifically in the domains of Informational and Technical Contents, expecting to unleash the growth of Indic language translation market. This consequently would generate high demand of domain specific Professional Translators in Indic languages.

Association for Advocacy and Legal Initiatives (AALI)

AALI(Association for Advocacy and Legal Initiatives) is a feminist legal advocacy and resource group addressing women’s issues through a rights-based perspective. AALI envisions an egalitarian social system that recognizes women as complete individuals and equal human beings through advocacy for women’s human rights. The organization undertakes research, activism, and direct response with a strong focus on violence against women and the right to choice in relationship decision-making. Since the organization’s founding in 1998, AALI has aimed to fulfill the following objectives.

Arpan

Arpan is the largest NGO in India addressing the issue of child sexual abuse with over 120 professionals providing prevention and intervention services to children and adults irrespective of their socio-economic background, gender, sexuality, caste, religion and political affiliation. Arpan is scaling up its work and reach through partnerships with government bodies, school chains and NGOs pan India.

Yuvaa

Yuvaa is a socially conscious youth media, data insights, and community engagement organization that aims to empower young Indians. They engage in social campaigns, community actions and research and insights focusing on the pulse of young India.

Oxfam India

Oxfam India is a movement of people working to end discrimination and create a free and just society. They support underserved communities in getting a safe-violence free lives with freedom to speak their mind, equal opportunities to realize their rights, and a discrimination free future as well as research to find lasting solutions to end rising inequalities and exclusion of marginalized communities from getting decent jobs, quality free education and healthcare. 

Young India Foundation

Young India Foundation is an organisation that is actively involved in youth-oriented development programs, policies and mobilisation since 2017. They specialise on electoral campaigns, outreach and advocacy and data and research with focus on youth centric issues.
