jail time upto 3 years and/or a fine, or
jail time for life and/or a fine, or
a fine.(( Section 124A, Indian Penal Code, 1860.))

Sedition is a non-bailable offence. This does not mean you will not get bail. It just means that bail will depend upon the discretion of the judge.

Acts which are not sedition

Meaning of Sedition
