Covid-19 update: Data on children orphaned during the Covid-19 pandemic

The Supreme Court has ordered the Government to submit latest information about children who have been orphaned after March 2020 (whether due to the Covid-19 pandemic or otherwise), and steps taken for attending to their basic needs. The Court also asked district authorities to upload this information on the portal ‘Bal Swaraj’, and to immediately take charge of such children.
